Accessability Statement

SEA4SOUL is a club that organizes marine activities abroad. Through us, you can charter a yacht for self-sailing or with a professional skipper—at fair prices—anywhere in the world, or join one of our themed voyages (yoga, diving, adventure, and more).

We place great importance on providing equal service to all individuals and on improving accessibility for people with disabilities. We invest significant resources in making our website and digital assets accessible, so that our services—and those of our partners—are more available to everyone.

In Israel, about 20% of the population are people with disabilities who require digital accessibility in order to access online information and services. Our website and digital-accessibility efforts are designed to make our content more available, user-friendly, and comfortable for people with special needs, including those with physical limitations, cognitive challenges, low vision, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, and senior citizens.

Accessibility level

SEA4SOUL adapts its website for use with popular browsers and mobile devices.

We ensure that our digital assets comply with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 (hereinafter: “the Regulations”) at AA level, and we implement the recommendations of the WCAG 2.0 accessibility standard developed by the W3C organization.

Corrections and adjustments made

  • The website’s navigation is simple and easy to use.

  • All content is written clearly, logically, and in a well-structured hierarchy. Where necessary, explanatory notes appear alongside the text.

  • The website is optimized for viewing in modern browsers and is fully responsive to different screen sizes and resolutions.

  • All content is written in clear, straightforward language.

  • Each page on the website follows a consistent layout and structure.

  • All images include alternative text descriptions (alt text).

  • The website allows users to adjust the text size using the Ctrl key and the mouse scroll wheel.

  • The site does not use moving or flashing text.

  • All text remains clear and readable even when the browser display is enlarged up to 200%.

Exclusions

It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on our website and our other digital assets fully accessible, some parts or features may not yet be fully adapted or have not yet been made accessible.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our digital assets—and those of our clients—as part of our commitment to ensuring that everyone, including people with disabilities, can use them equally and comfortably.
