החדרים כוללים סדין, כרית, שמיכה ומגבת אחת לכל משתתף לכל התקופה. אפשר לקבל עוד מגבת בתוספת מחיר.

ניתן לבטל את העסקה לפי חוק הגנת צרכן 14 ימים מיום הרישום בעלות של 250 ₪ בלבד, ביטול העסקה אפשר רק בתנאי שהביטול לא ייעשה בתוך 7 ימים שאינם ימי מנוחה קודם לקבלת השירות.

לאחר 14 ימי עסקים מיום הרישום ועד 30 ימי עסקים לפני היציאה לטיול – דמי הביטול יהיו בגובה של 400€ לאדם

מ- 29 ימי עסקים לפני הנסיעה ועד 21 ימי עסקים לפני הנסיעה – דמי הביטול יהיו 50% מערך ההזמנה

מ-21 ימי עסקים לפני היציאה לריטריט ועד היציאה, לא ניתן יהיה לקבל החזר כספי אך ניתן לבקש להעביר את החבילה על שם אדם אחר עד 14 ימים לפני היציאה לטיול, וזאת באישור מראש של השותף שלו בחדר (במידה וחולק חדר)

בחישוב דמי הביטול לא יחושב יום הודעת הביטול ויום היציאה לטיול.
