Have you met all the criteria for a 60-sailor license and are lacking sea time? Don't settle for a 'V-mark'. Join a real international voyage where you will truly learn how to manage a yacht at sea. It's time to accumulate real "sea time" - not a simulation, not a short cruise, but border crossing, watchkeeping and operating a yacht on an international voyage.
SEA4SOUL is launching a sea time cruise to Cyprus designed for skippers and trainees for a 60-sailor, as well as for sea lovers who want to deepen their experience in sailing on the open sea.

Minimum requirements for Meshit 60 boating license
Sea time & International Crossing
According to the Ministry of Transportation/Respan Service for Certification of Seafaring Experience (Seafaring Experience 60), anyone who holds a Seafaring Experience 30 and has set out as a crew on an international voyage can submit an application for certification of seafaring experience, with a requirement that appears there for 4 consecutive days or 8 days in total of international sailing (depending on the terms of service).
Pay attention to the new syllabus
The Shipping Authority notes that a new syllabus for training sailors will be introduced starting January 1, 2026, so it is worth making sure that all your requirements (documents/courses/certificates) are up-to-date.
Mandatory requirements (not “sea time”)
In order to receive an Israli international skipper license the Shipping Authority requires that, in addition to sea time, the candidate must have an Israeli skipper license, be at least 19 years old, have a limited radio operator certificate in connection with the G.M.D.S.S, and have passed a 44-hour first aid course.
Applying for a boating license 60
After you have met all the detailed requirements, you can submit an application for recognition of the sea time you have accumulated on the Shipping Authority (RASPAN) website at the following link: Application for confirmation of sea time accumulation
